    Alvin Lee is a very good guitarist. However the rest of the band is not in his league and it shows.

    I agree that Ten Years After and Savoy Brown were two of the best blues bands out of England in the 70's, but let's not forget that Led Zeppelin and The Rolling Stones were also blues bands. Two other very good blues bands from that era were Robin Trower and John Mayall and the Bluesbreakers. As far as this album goes, it deserves a solid 5 stars along with Cricklewood Green and Shhh.

    Ten Years After is one of two of the best blues/rock bands to come out of England in the 70's. The other one is Savoy Brown. This is the best album done by Alvin Lee and Ten Years After. Their music is timeless. You will not be disappointed in this incredible guitar laden album. Peace.
