The essential Thin Lizzy album. Every cut is a good solid tune. Too bad rock radio only plays one track from the band's whole anthology. True fans know who Angel is, and why everyone wants the Emerald. I almost went nuts while in a South Carolina beach's major grocery store and Cowboy Song came over their piped-in music station late one summer night. The band, still together and still touring, will absolutely rock your socks off if you get the rare opportunity to see them live. Their website claims they're working on a new album for Summer 2012. In their own words "Phil would have wanted them to". My buddy saw them live in the late 70's with Phil. He turned me onto them in the 80's. Then I saw them live after Phil in 2000. Hope they tour the US again. I can't wait. -WoW
