For me the triumvirate would be Beggars Banquet, Let It Bleed and Sticky Fingers - ordered by what I feel like hearing at the particular time. However, cannot beat Sticky Fingers for a drunken raunchy romp!

Just listened to this album after not hearing it for a while. Better than I remembered. Gotta' add another star. I can't give it 5 stars because there are too many Stones albums better than this. Gotta say though, "Can't You Hear Me Knockin'" is one of the best Stones songs ever. Perfection!

This review is going to make me very unpopular. 'Sticky Fingers" is a pretty good album by The Rolling Stones, but it is far from being their best album. Although I would rate it in their top 10 albums, I can think of half a dozen Stones albums I prefer to this one and "Exile On Main Street" is not one of them. Obviously, I am not in the majority and I only give my opinion so you will check out the rest of the catalog of the greatest Rock & Roll band of all time. Oh, and by the way, "Let It Bleed" just might be their best album and "Dirty Work" is not as bad as you've heard, and "Through The Past Darkly" is one of the best compilation albums I have ever heard.

One of the best Stones albums ever made.
