Anyone expecting the raucous fun of X-Ray Spex is probably going to be very disappointed by this album. That's because it's actually NOT X-Ray Spex!
It's actually lead singer Poly Styrene's first solo album, which she released in 1980 after the band broke up, and features a much gentler, melodic and reflective music.
