Ian MacKaye of Minor Threat and Fugazi and Al Jourgensen of Ministry teamed up to make this classic album which is a combination of punk and hardcore with some industrial elements... great use of found samples and solid, politically charged lyrics, and heavy drums & guitar. If you like this check out Lard's first album (The Last Temptation of Reid) with Jello Biafra of the Dead Kennedys, which has a similar sound but is even more satirical.
