    For me this is the most complete album KISS has ever produced. Of course is was the first step back into relevancy as a serious rock/hard rock band for them. War Machine, Killer, and, Danger Creatures of the Night are fast driven, harder songs than I think the band every wrote up to this point. I Love It Loud is a perfect rock anthem. I Still Love You might be considered the best ballad from the band. For me there is no filler in this album. Paul and Gene were the only original band members to play on the album though Ace Frehley's face was on the original cover. Eric Carr (in my opinion was the best drummer the band has ever had) was introduced to the world with his Fox makeup. Vinnie Vincent played lead guitar, but did not appear on either cover released (another was released in 1985 with Bruce Kulick). This album is a little know jewel (many people, outside of die hard fans have never seen or heard this album). If you are a fan of hard rock and 80's metal do not pass this album by. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
